Here are some of the more interesting visitor feedback excerpts we've received over the past months...both good and bad. Although we can not list all the e-mail and feedback comments we receive, we do read and try to respond to them all. Visitor feedback is very important to us as it's the best way we have of improving the site. WOW! coolfreebielinks really has the most free samples offers I've seen to date on any free site. As a mother of five kids on a limited income, I really find all these sample offers useful.
I came to your site from the UK and some of your links are redirecting to a survey site, what gives?

Cool site. I like it. I wish you'd get someone with a better knowledge of the language to edit your site though. The site is full of spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors.
Fun website! However, you may want to check your grammar. For instance there are two mistakes in the first sentence of your home page. Internets should be Internet's and your should be you're. Others appear throughout the site. Don't worry, I'll still vote for you! :-)

I just had to tell you...great page! This is an incredible site...I've been lounging in it for over an hour now (yah, I'm a loser today...so what...lol) and I'm forcing myself to leave for now...it's not pretty....but I'll be back soon. If people go to all the trouble to put free information and products on the net then they should not be offended if people comment on them. It's a two way street out there. Also it is a really great idea for an index like this because in all my time spent on the net, I know of only only a few sites that tell you about scams & rip-offs.

Your site is too descriptive. I hardly have time to read the description (internet charging time) nor interest. Rather than including too much text especially screen full of point 10 size text, you can also use simple cues with simple to the point description. I am telling all this because, when I launched your site, I was so much intimated by text that if it would not have been a free site, I would have immediately left. I am writing you because you asked our feedback. Besides believe me the sight of static walrus or whatever animal is also no fun.

I've been a refunder (sending rebates) for almost 20 years collecting what others consider garbage is strange, but the $20,000 or so that I've made is not strange. Why do you guys not put links in the newsletter? Every newsletter there is something or two that I want to check out and I come to your site and CAN NEVER FIND IT! I surf a lot and have been to many many free sites but I HONESTLY have to say that the dangerous freebies section of your site is the most well thought out and informative thing I have ever seen. Kudos to you for actually putting the warnings out there to people who actually take the time to read !!! Other sites just delete the links. To this I must say I will come back every day and continue to vote for your site not only for the greatly appreciated warning site but the personality that your site contains as well. I surfed in to check it out (if she recommends it, I know it's gonna be great) and found much that I like, including a chance to add another link to my web page. I think your site is great. Lots of info. However, I seem to have a problem viewing your pages. The text seems to be printed right over the graphics on the left hand side of the screen and I can't the part that is written over the graphics so I only get partial information. I don't know if this is a problem on your end or mine (I have WebTV, not a computer). I just thought I'd let you know about this in case it's not on my end. I really enjoy your site, so thank you for your efforts and keep up the good work.

I think your new design looks great! I use WebTV and this is much, much easier to see. However, the page where you give full descriptions of the sites mentioned on your "what's new" column is still the same as before and difficult to read all of the words. They still bleed into the graphics. I really appreciate the efforts you have gone to make this site easier for the WebTV viewers. :-))

Thank you for taking a strong stand on frames. Aside from the problems mentioned...I just don't understand why site owners would want to prevent people from easily accessing the content of there site. Most frame sites cannot be adjusted (window size) by the visitor and frankly that alone will drive me away never to return...
